5 out of 5 stars CATZ! CATZ! CAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTZZZZZZZZ!   March 20, 2010
Catz is a really fun game. The catz ARE actually mix breeds, if you look closley at the babies.
I got it for Christmas and liked it soooooo much, I wanted the dog one.

3 out of 5 stars Petz Catz Clan   February 1, 2010

This game does not do a great job with explaining to its target audience how to navigate. It also does not accept the code for the stuffed animal that is supposed to interact with it. As a parent I find this frustrating and a complete waste of money.

4 out of 5 stars Pretty good, a little boring......   July 13, 2009

My daughter received this game recently. I have played the game myself. Basically what you do in this game is buy cats from the Adoption Center. (there is a map to help you navigate your way through the town) When you view a cat, it will tell you their personality, i.e. spoiled, calm, friendly, sweet, etc., and what breed they are. You pick a cat and name it. Your cat goes through 3 stages in its life. Baby, child, and adult. The only way to get a cat to the next stage is to keep petting it. My daughter found this a bit annoying because it takes FOREVER to get your cat to the next stage. If you have a male and a female cat, they can mate and have kittens. You'll unlock new places to go on the map. That's basically all you do, besides feeding. My daughter and myself found this game a little boring. We also found out that you can keep only 3 cats at once. The others go in the Pet Room. My daughter got confused until she found the stairs in the Front Hall lead to the Pet Room. Overall this game is okay, but it is more for younger kids, around 5-8. My daughter is almost 10, so she found this game a little boring. If you want a game with more action, then I would definitely recommend Cooking Mama 1 or 2.

4 out of 5 stars gives me the lulz   April 16, 2009

This is a really cute game. The graphics aren't as good as Nintendogs, but they aren't terrible. The only thing that bothers me is that my first two cats had a kitten, then the dad cat kept having kittens with the baby cat. I know cats do this in real life but...it's kind of wrong. This is supposed to be an all ages game. If my little cousin was playing it he would be freaking out. I have Nintendogs too, and I think it would be rad if they combined all the good stuff from both games, or if you could have all animals in one game. Like if you could compete in shows against other people or something...idk
