Does not fit the DS lite. It was advertised to do so. I Did not discover problem until my grandson's birthday, then it was to late. If this was ebay you would not get 5 stars.

I bought this for my 8 year old son to protect his new DSI. I really thaught it was a good case, and I liked the tight fit it provided. I also thaught the drawer was a good idea. My son hated it because it hid the blue color of the DSI and he really hated the drawer, because it made it too thick. I caught him removing the bottom part several times. Finally after about a month and a half, the small tab that allows the top to pivot broke off, rendering the case garbage. I still think this is a nice case, but might not be a good choice for young kids. I'm sure my son removing and reinatalling it had something to do with it breaking, but I am surprised it broke so soon.

I love this case!! It is everything I hoped it would be and then some! The extra storage comes in handy so much, it was the total reason I purchased this item. I was surprised at how durable yet super soft it is! A great product for those wishing to store games with their system on the go!
Not for DS Lite as Advertised! January 17, 2010

Santa gave this to my son with his new DS Lite, but I had to return it to the North Pole because it really only fits the DSi, not the DS Lite!! Amazon issued a full refund and did not charge return shipping, so I have no complaints about that. I did have to do some fancy talking to explain how I was going to ship it back to Santa though!! We ended up buying the Nerf DS Lite case and it is great. Amazon - please change the description of this product!!!!

This case is awesome for my daughters DSi but it is NOT for the DS Lite as indicated. If you have a DSi, get it!! If you have a Lite, you will just have to return it.
